1. Service Overview

AI KIZAI (“Service”), operated by Voltia Inc., provides remote access to dedicated Mac Studio hardware located in Kobe, Japan. Nothing is physically shipped to you. You connect over Tailscale (SSH / VNC) to a machine assigned to your rental period.

2. Payment and Pricing

All plans require a one-time payment in USD. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel. Pricing is displayed on the pricing section of the homepage.

3. No Refunds

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is confirmed and access credentials are delivered. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4. Access and Duration

Your rental period begins when your access page is provisioned (typically within minutes of payment). Access expires at the end of the purchased duration (7 or 14 days). Extensions may be purchased from your access page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the machine for illegal activity of any kind
  • Attempt to access other users' machines or data
  • Resell or sublicense access to the machine
  • Tamper with hardware, firmware, or network configuration
  • Use the machine for cryptocurrency mining

Voltia Inc. reserves the right to terminate access immediately if these terms are violated, without refund.

6. Data and Privacy

The machine is wiped and reinitialized between rentals. You are responsible for backing up any data before your rental period ends. Voltia Inc. does not access, monitor, or retain your data during the rental period. See our Privacy Policy for details on personal information handling.

7. Availability

Machine availability is shown in real time on the website. Voltia Inc. does not guarantee uptime or availability. In the rare event of hardware failure during your rental, we will either provide a replacement machine or issue a pro-rated credit at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Voltia Inc. provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current rental period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kobe, Japan.
