Supabase — authentication and database (hosted in Tokyo, Japan)
Vercel — website hosting and analytics

5. Data on Rental Machines

Voltia Inc. does not access, monitor, or log activity on your rented machine during the rental period. All machines are wiped and reinitialized between rentals. You are responsible for removing your data before the rental period ends.

6. Data Retention

Account and transaction records are retained for the duration required by applicable tax and commercial law (generally 7 years for financial records). You may request deletion of non-required data by contacting us.

7. Security

All connections to rental machines are encrypted via Tailscale (WireGuard). Our web application uses HTTPS throughout. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers.

You may request to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
